Shanghai Yinyuan Mold Technology Co., Ltd. assists clients with new product development services, including surveying and mapping, drawing (2D/3D and patent application assistance), prototyping, mold making, small-batch trial production, and mass production. Yinyuan is a reliable and thoughtful R&D partner for small and medium-sized enterprises specializing in hardware, structural components, and housings.

As a manufacturer of die-casting components for many years, we primarily assist small and medium-sized clients with OEM new product development and mass production. Our core business currently includes the design and fabrication of precision die-casting molds, as well as the production and processing of related zinc and aluminum die-castings. Utilizing fully digital CAD/CAM/CAE technology, we assist clients in integrating mold design data during the new product development phase to achieve structural optimization, enhanced aesthetics, enhanced user experience, and cost-effectiveness.

Located an hour from downtown Shanghai, Yinyuan specializes in custom mold creation and mass production of plastic and aluminum products, providing high-quality hardware development services to clients in the medical, automotive electronics, and electromechanical industries.

We have a comprehensive development process based on client drawings and samples. Our technical team, with over a decade of hardware development experience, assists clients with drawing optimization, structural verification, and sample 3D printing and testing, maximizing the speed with which new products can be developed, launched, and delivered in mass production.

Yinyuan develops 80-120 molds annually. This high-volume development and manufacturing, backed by a professional team, effectively reduces costs and increases efficiency while ensuring quality and on-time delivery. Through long-term collaboration and collaboration with clients with diverse requirements, we have accumulated a wealth of valuable data on various parameters, such as material properties, dimensional tolerances, waterproofing and dustproofing, aging resistance, and surface treatment processes.

Quality Assurance:

High quality requires a comprehensive suite of verification equipment and testing methods. In addition to dozens of commonly used rulers and inspection gauges, we also utilize high-definition projectors and Hexagon fully automatic coordinate measuring machines.

To better assist our customers, the Yinyuan team has achieved ISO9001, ISO13485, and IATF16949 certifications.

Appearance and performance testing utilizes high- and low-temperature test chambers, hardness testers, and salt spray test chambers. Paint coatings utilize a grating knife, film thickness gauge, and waterproofing test chamber.

Major Disadvantages: Due to our scale, we cannot currently compete with large-scale OEMs like Foxconn. Their processing capabilities, management expertise, and production efficiency are significantly higher (resulting in higher management costs and purchase quantities). We primarily serve small and medium-volume customers who demand high quality from smaller manufacturers, who are dissatisfied with the small orders from larger manufacturers or who are struggling with the performance of smaller manufacturers. Pricing Structure:

Mold quotes primarily consider product size, features such as side core pulling and beveled lifts, and precision requirements. Different parts require separate pricing.

Zinc-aluminum die-casting prices include material costs (unit weight x 2 cents per gram). Die-casting mold costs range from approximately 2-5 yuan per mold, depending on part size, structure, and number of cavities. Deburring and grinding costs range from 0.1-0.5 yuan.

Machining: This includes drilling, tapping, turning, and CNC machining. Quotes are based on the drawing. Surface treatment: Common surface treatments include sandblasting (shot blasting), polishing, painting, powder coating, electrophoresis, and electroplating. Packaging and shipping costs are approximately 1-2.5 yuan per square decimeter. Each quote will include a detailed breakdown.

Mold production lead time: 20-45 days, depending on mold size and structural requirements. A longer lead time reduces costs.

Zinc-aluminum die-casting production cycle: 3-7 days for rough parts, 7-10 days for finished parts, and 10-15 days for finished parts.

Mold storage: Yinyuan is responsible for free maintenance.

Mold ownership: After all payments are settled, ownership of the mold reverts to the customer and can be withdrawn at any time. Specific details are subject to the contract.

Payment: 50% down payment, payable within 30 days after sample confirmation (confirmation period does not exceed 30 days). Zinc-aluminum die-castings are settled monthly on a 30-day basis (long-term, trustworthy customers can negotiate amicably).

Confidentiality Agreement: Yinyuan promises that any molds we manufacture for customers will only be used to produce the corresponding die-castings for the mold payer and will not be used to produce the same die-castings for any third party.
